Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse shipping operations? We are looking for a dependable Shipping Clerk to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in East El Paso.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and shipping experience who is comfortable working with computers, documentation, inventory, and transportation providers.

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

As a Shipping Clerk, you will help ensure outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and shipment information for accuracy
• Coordinate daily shipping activities with carriers and transportation providers
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions in company systems
• Investigate and help resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods
• Load and unload shipments as needed using appropriate warehouse equipment
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and shipping requirements
• Work closely with receiving, production, warehouse, and customer service teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum of 1 year of related shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems
• Experience with shipping documentation and inventory records
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
